The VOR/ILS control panel (Figure 1-11-18) is located on the Radio Control Panel immediately above the ADF Control Panel. The ARN-127 Receiver is located in the electronics compartment. The electrical power is supplied by the No.1 radio bus at 28 VDC. The system is protected by two circuit-breakers marked “ARN-127” and “NAV SEL” located on the
overhead circuit-breaker panel. The glide slope antenna (Figure 1-9-1) is located externally above the centre of the windscreen. The VOR/LOC antennas (Figure 1-9-1) are located externally immediately below both pilot’s side windows.
