Receiver Selector Panel

The receiver selector panel functions are identical at the pilot, co-pilot, TACCO and SENSO/sonar operator positions. The panel consists of 12 switches in two rows labelled “UHF”, “HF”, “SONAR”, “VHF/AM”, “VHF/FM”, “ADF”, “TACAN” and “SONO” Channels A, B, C and D. Any of the four crew positions may monitor any or all of the selections. The hoist operator cannot transmit on any radio and may receive only UHF, HF, VHF/FM and ADF (Figures 1-10-6, 1-10-7, 1-10-8, 1-10-9 and 1-10-10).
