As an update to the preview blog post, I finished Part 1 Sections 10 and 11. That means all of PArt 1 Sections 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 are done.

For those with a login, we are managing high level requirements for the Interactive Display on this website as well.

The following parts of the AOI have been done:

• Part 1 – GENERAL DESCRIPTION – AIRCRAFT AND SYSTEMS
  • Section 1 – Aircraft
  • Section 9 – Avionics System
  • Section 10 – Radio/Secure Voice
    • INTERPHONE-RADIO CONTROL SYSTEM (AN/AIC-14)
  • Section 11 – Navigational Aids
    • DOPPLER RADAR SET (AN/APN-513)
    • SEARCH RADAR SET(AN/APS-503)
    • TRIMPACK GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM
  • Section 12 – Anti-submarine Warfare Equipment – CH124A
  • Section 14 – Navigation and Heading System

Additonal all of Sections 10, 11, 13 (Anti-submarine Warfare
Equipment – CH124B) and 18 (Armament Stores) have been frameworked.

However, I’ve decided to not use them for Interactive Display… oh well, they’re still there.

I also move the Publications page to be directly under the Home Page.

Preparing to deliver the first usable version of the interactive display:

• Complete the AOI sections required to support the first deliverable of the Interactive Display only
• Complete the pop-up pages
• Link and test the pages to the Interactive Display
• Ensure start-up, lock, and shut-down procedures work
• Ensure published requirements are met
• Publish instructions for the museum staff
• Publish feedback forms

We are trying to do this on an expedited timeline so the Interactive Display can be brought into service.
