The hoist operator’s ICS selector panel (Figure 1-10-6) consists of a switch marked “PILOT ICS – SONAR ICS” and a radio volume control marked “RADIO VOLUME”. The PILOT ICS – SONAR ICS switch permits the hoist operator to communicate with the pilot and the co-pilot, and/or the TACCO and SENSO/sonar operator. The RADIO VOLUME controls the volume of the receivers selected on the hoist operator’s radio receiver selector panel.
