Range and Bearing Control Panel

Part of: APS-503 Search Radar Set

The search radar set is used in antisubmarine warfare, search and rescue, navigation and weather avoidance. It has a display range of up to 100 nautical miles and 360 coverage around the aircraft.

Positions a cursor and strobe on the azimuth-range indicator, and provides the range and bearing to the ASN-501 or ASN-123C tactical computers.
